As a holistic nutritionist, I look at health through a big lens. I don’t just wanna know about the physical stuff, I want to get into the nitty gritty stuff like:
- what are your daily habits?
- what do you do for fun?
- are the people in your social circle energizing or totally draining?
- what sort of stuff do you eat, and does it actually fuel you?
and 100% of the time, I’m going to ask… what’s your poop like?
Yes, not the most flattering conversation to have, but your health is dictated by the health of your digestive system! And actually, my own personal digestive system is what got me into this field.
I love working with women who want to optimize their health, and I’ll always look at digestion first. My goal is for women to…
- feel more energized (without 2+ coffees per day)
- have more ‘ME’ time
- have improved sleep
- feel connected to themselves/their health
- have little digestive symptoms (think, no bloating, no constipation…)
- have clearer skin & longer hair (faster!)
and most importantly, my goal is for women to feel like they can be the best versions of themselves.
